Industries look for competent people with Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT to manage their HR departments. This is a two-year master program offered through online mode. The degree is awarded by the Annamalai University and recognized by the UGC, AICTE, and the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Career Prospects

As an HR Management professional you will have to handle a variety of functions like payroll management, hiring, employee engagement, performance appraisals, taxation, training, policies & strategies, organization development, performance reviews and culture building.

With qualification, your career in HR management may begin typically as HR Executive or Trainee, and with experience you can look to become HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager, and then to Vice President HR, General Manager HR and Director HR.
